جامعه هزارههای استرالیا با شدیدترین لحن ممکن، حمله تروریستی نفرتانگیزی را که روز یکشنبه ۱۵ دسامبر ۲۰۲۵ در جریان مراسم «حانوکا» در ساحل بوندای سیدنی، بهطور هدفمند جامعه یهودیان را نشانه گرفت، بهشدت محکوم میکند.
ما عمیقترین همدردی و تسلیت خود را به خانوادهها و عزیزان قربانیان و نیز به تمامی جامعه یهودیان استرالیا در این دوران بسیار دشوار ابراز میداریم و همبستگی کامل خود را با آنان اعلام میکنیم.
هیچگونه توجیه دینی، فرهنگی یا سیاسی برای چنین اعمال شنیع خشونتآمیز علیه غیرنظامیان بیگناه وجود ندارد. عاملان این حمله تروریستی شیطانی باید بهطور کامل پاسخگو بوده و با تمام قاطعیت قانون با آنان برخورد شود.
ما بهعنوان جامعهای که در طول تاریخ خود قربانی خشونت و آزار بودهایم، بهخوبی درد عمیقی را که نفرت و تروریسم بر انسانها تحمیل میکند، درک میکنیم. از اینرو، خواستار پاسخی قوی و متحد در سطح ملی علیه تروریسم و هرگونه خشونتی هستیم که میکوشد استرالیاییها را بر اساس دین، فرهنگ یا پیشینه از هم جدا سازد.
استرالیا نمونهای جهانی از یک جامعه چندفرهنگی موفق است که بر پایه احترام متقابل و همبستگی اجتماعی بنا شده است. چنین حملاتی تلاشی مستقیم برای تضعیف این بنیانها بهشمار میرود. ما نباید اجازه دهیم ترس یا نفرت، ارزشهای مشترک ما را فرسایش دهد؛ بلکه باید در برابر هر ایدئولوژی که خشونت، تفرقه یا طرد دیگران را ترویج میکند، متحد و استوار بایستیم.

Statement from the Australian Hazara Community on Terror Attack at Bondi Beach 15 December 2025
The Hazara community in Australia condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the abhorrent terrorist attack deliberately targeting the Jewish community during Hanukkah celebrations at Bondi Beach in Sydney yesterday.
We express our deepest sympathy to the families and loved ones of the victims, and to the entire Australian Jewish community during this incredibly difficult time. We stand with them in solidarity.
There is absolutely no religious, cultural, or political justification for such heinous acts of violence against innocent civilians. Those responsible for this evil terrorist attack must be held fully accountable and face the full force of the law.
As a community that has historically suffered as victims of violence and persecution, we understand the deep pain inflicted by hatred and terrorism. We call for a strong, united national response against terrorism and any form of violence that seeks to divide Australians based on religion, culture, or background.
Australia is a global example of a successful multicultural society built on mutual respect and social cohesion. Attacks such as this are a direct attempt to undermine these foundations. We must not allow fear or hatred to erode our shared values, and must stand together against any ideology that promotes violence, division, or exclusion.
